The fastest way to get your script ready is to email it to us before you walk in. Send your eScript token or a clear photo of your paper script to info@octapharmacy.com.au along with your name and phone number, and we'll have it ready when you arrive — usually within 30 minutes during opening hours.

For anything else — stock checks, transferring scripts from another pharmacy, or a quick chat with a pharmacist — give us a call.

Your full name and date of birth
Your phone number
Your eScript token (the SMS code starting with B, Q, or similar) or a clear photo of your paper script
Anything else we should know (e.g., "I'll collect after 4pm", "deliver to Mum at home")

We aim to reply to all emails within one business hour during opening hours. If your need is urgent, please call instead.
